Which Plan/ Phones Is Best For World Travel?

I will be traveling all over the world. and was looking at ATT tilt for a phone…or is it best to just get a phone card?…how much would a monthly ATT tilt cost with all the bills and whistles?

I went to France last summer and fell in love with everything. Now I want to explore the world. I’m looking for something to study in college and pursue for the rest of my life. A lot of websites say become a flight attendant or chef, but a decent pay is really important to me.
